He was predeceased by: his parents, Reid Blevins and Bessie Ellis Blevins; his brother-in-law Daryl West (Brenda); and his grandson Ryan Lisenba. He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Broyhill Blevins of Opelika, AL; his children, Tonya Blevins Lisenba (Barry) of Montevallo, AL and Cameron Blevins (Barbara) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Haley Lisenba Bagnall (Jeremy), William Blevins and Anna Blevins; his great grandchildren, Barrett and Calloway "Callie" Bagnall; and his sisters, Linda Blevins of North Wilkesboro, NC and Brenda Blevins West of Elkin, NC. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
