He is survived by: his wife Sharon W. Freeman of Opelika; his children, Johnny Freeman, BJ Lowe (Travis) and Felicia Johnson; his grandchildren, Chette Jenkins (Samantha), Cullen Dudley, Taylor Dudley and Lilley Johnson; his great grandchildren, Blakely, Meredith, Amelia and Vivian Jenkins; his sister Caroline Howard; his siblings-in-law, Wendell Walters (Katherine) and Mable Dean; and his daughters, Wendy Davila (Marcus), Sandy Becker (Dan) and Summer Seals (Tony). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hopewell United Methodist Church.
