He is survived by: his wife Jessica Qualls Foley; his mother Carolyn Foley; his children, Zach Foley (Sarah), Ashley Holmes (Jarrod), Jerri Lynn Foley and Brittany Strickland; his grandchildren, Aubrie Lazenby and Gracie Holmes; his brother Bruce Foley; his parents-in-law, Pat and Jimmy Whigham; his niece Victoria Pruett (Blayne); and his great-nephew Tucker Peterson. He is also survived by numerous other nieces & nephews.
