He is survived by: his sons, Steven Sasser (Carol) of Colerain, NC, Richard Sasser and David Sasser; his grandchildren, Christina Bragge of Jamesville, NC, Brennan Clifton Sasser (Erikca) of New Bern, NC, Jonathan Sasser of Colerain, NC, Christopher Mark Sasser of Moyock, NC, Bryan Keith Sasser (Alisha) of Camp Lejeune, NC, Preston Sasser of Hertford, NC, Madelyne Grace Sasser of Edenton, NC, Troy Sasser of Hertford, NC and Jed Sasser of Hertford, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Lily Silverthorne, Alexsyia Villagomez, Addyson Sasser, Ayden Sasser and Ophelia Sasser.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Opp City Cemetery (101 N Main St, Opp, AL 36467).
