She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlin Fleming and Annie Merle Kindrick; her daughter Tammy Qualls Henderson; and her siblings, James Fleming and Sue Henderson.
She is survived by: her children, Rex Qualls (Connie) of Gantt, Kenneth Qualls of Opp and Beverly Ann Jackson (Ricky) of Wetumpka; her sister Barbara Patrick of Elmore; and her grandchildren, Randy Jackson, Melissa Bates, Kevin Richburg, Shawn Qualls, Hunter Qualls, Reagann Qualls, Drew Henderson, Hannah Qualls, Mallory Qualls and Bradley Qualls.
