He is survived by: his wife Amanda "Mandy" Wingard Phillips; his children, Claire Fendley Phillips and Justin McCormick (Madi); his grandchildren, Millie June McCormick and Bowen Wade McCormick; his siblings, Leo Phillips (Pearl), Eddie Phillips (Linda) and Sylvia Payne (David); and his pet Belle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
