He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Dell Donaldson Phillips and Leroy Cleveland Phillips; and his siblings, Cleon Phillips Fleming, Olen Phillips, Carlton Phillips and Edmon Phillips.
He is survived by: his daughter Mandy Phillips Wilks; his son-in-law Tony; his grandchildren, Amelia Kay Wilks and Harrison Wilks; and his siblings, Verlon Phillips Booker and Lelon Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
