He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Kay Kelley Farris; his grandson Brandon Nevels; his great grandchildren, Collier, Isaac Davis and Sara Grace Bailey; his sister Hazel Taylor; his brother-in-law Snookie Edgar; and his parents, Della Olean Boothe Kelley and Charles Arthur Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Merle Edgar Kelley; his children, Susan Kelley Davis (Dwan), Vickie Kelley Blue and Aaron Tillman (Ashley); his brother Donald Kelley (Brunese); and his sisters-in-law, Lucy Edgar and Christine Edgar. He is also survived by grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
