She is survived by: her children, Isabella Brooklyn Patrick, Adalynn Harper Creech and Tyler Porter Patrick; her grandsons, Karson Patrick and Kyllan Patrick; her father JW Jowers of Opp, Alabama; and her siblings, Heather Jowers, Tonya Douglas (William), Donna Archie (Kevin), Teresa Williams (Randy) and Robert "Bobby" Phillips, Jr. (Jessica).
