She is survived by: her husband Johnny Hollinghead of Opp; her children, Jeff Burkett of Joplin, MO and Joy Reeves (Obie); her grandsons, Ethan Burkett and Grant Burkett of Joplin, MO; and her stepgrandsons, Greg Hollinghead (family: Stephen Hollinghead, Lynn Hollinghead Shiver) and Troy Hollinghead (Tashawna).
