He was predeceased by: his parents, Jody Wiggins and Irene Norris Wiggins; and his siblings, Elbert Wiggins, James Wiggins, Ellen Wiggins and Becky Wiggins Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Girllene Keith Wiggins; his daughter Tina Wiggins Davis; his son-in-law Ray; his son Cory Wiggins; his daughter-in-law Abby; his grandchildren, Matthew Davis, Maggie Davis, Cuba Wiggins and Shayna Wiggins; and his mother-in-law Marie Keith. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
