She is survived by: her children, Vann Welch (Tina), Tammy Welch Buckelew (Jeff) and Yvette Welch; her sisters, Betty Scofield and Fay Benton; and her grandchildren, Ty Buckelew, Sheena, Amanda Ellison, Jonathan, Vann Halford, Shayne, Kristen Stinson, Dustin, Jamie Lawson, Tristian Pace, Matthieu Pace and Cade Lawson. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
