He is survived by: his mother Dawn Marie Pugh (Bubba); his wife Deanna Payton; his children, Alexis Payton and Zachary Rosser; his father Olin Emmitt Payton, Jr. (Vivian); his siblings, Maria Payton, Megan Cromwell (Josh), Nathan Payton, Gabe Payton (Elisa), Daniel Conway, Kevin Clayton (Taylor) and Dakota Webster; and his siblings' children, Everleigh Payton, Avery Clayton, Sophie Cromwell, Colton Payton, Grayson Payton and Carlyle Cromwell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at the Durden Cemetery (403 Durden Rd, Prattville, AL 36067).
