He was predeceased by: his parents, Neda Joncich and Miho Joncich. He is survived by: his wife Ida Miller Joncich; his children, Lawson (Donnie) and Gary Smith; his brothers, Nick Joncich (Gloria), Tony Joncich (Erna) and Matthew Joncich; and his grandchildren, Becky Drain, Derrick Kelley, Peter Kelley, Misty Smith and Robbie Lawson. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great grandchild.
