He was predeceased by: his former wife Donna Norris Howard; and his parents, Shirley Mae Spoon Howard and Donald Wayne Howard. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Norris Howard; his children, Amy Howard and Jody Howard; his siblings, Felecia Lowery (Joe) and Greg Howard (Angie); and his grandchildren, Esther Nall and Liam Howard. He is also survived by extended family members & friends.
