He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Dianne Madrid. He is survived by: his children, Max Madrid of Wetumpka, Alabama and Catherine Madrid Hewlett; his son-in-law David of Wichita, Kansas; his brother-in-law Pyron (Sandra) of Opp; and his grandchildren, Chase Madrid, Olivia Hewlett and Claire Hewlett. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
