He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Cowen Boothe and T. J. Boothe; and his sister-in-law June Boothe. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Presley Boothe; his children, Donna Kilpatrick (Jon) and Mark Boothe; his brother Rickey Boothe (Janice); his grandchildren, Jacob Kilpatrick (Sarah) and Cowen Duggar (Joseph); and his great grandchildren, Carsin Duggar, Trenton Duggar, Addison Duggar, Jamie Kilpatrick and Avery Kilpatrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.
