He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Corine Butts Boothe and John Thomas Boothe. He is survived by: his wife Marie Piland; his children, Lewis Boothe, Michael Piland (Kristi), Lynn Dubose (Yancey), Sherry Anderson and Michell Anderson Fuller (Joel); his sisters, Sue Holmes and Gail Davis; and his niece Noel Holmes Warren (Joseph). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
