He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Dobbins and Evelyn Parker Dobbins; and his sister Carol Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Karen Dobbins of Opp, AL; his stepchildren, Lori Lynn Seiglie (Hector) of Crawford, TN, Sabrina Louise Brickner (Robert) of Altoona, PA and Ronald James Rich (Melodie) of Parrish, FL; and his brother Michael Dobbins (Wendy) of Elba, AL. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
