He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Smith and Rose Lee Smith. He is survived by: his sister Loretta Smith; his son Owen Tivet; his former wife Erica Tivet; and his sister Kimberly Key. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mack Funeral Home Chapel (22154 AL-59, Robertsdale, AL 36567). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stop Soldier Suicide.
