He was predeceased by: his parents, Mozell Jackson and Willie Esther Tucker Jackson; and his siblings, Gerald Dempsey Jackson, Earl Wayne Jackson and Lila Jane Fancher (Sam).

He is survived by: his wife Debbie Jackson; his children, Jennifer Robinson (Raymond), James Jackson and Jared Jackson; his grandchildren, Rena Robinson, Ryan Robinson and Haydon Pratt Jackson; his siblings, Katherine Hubbard (Charlie) and Larry Lee Jackson; and his sister-in-law Judy Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Cambridge Christian Church Cemetery Fund.
