She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Jacks (Joy) and Roger Jacks (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Matthew Jacks (Candi) and Riley Ham (Dallas); and her great grandchildren, William Jacks, Andrew Folsom and Ally Folsom. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
