He is survived by: his siblings, Jimmy Blackwelder and Nancy Snellings; his children, Cynthia McGinnis (Owen), Robin Schmitt and Eric Trull (Karen); his stepchildren, Camille Parker (Bryan), Tony Baxter (Sherry) and Chris Baxter (Vickie); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Horton (Andrew), Stacey Stafford (Doug), Geoffrey McGinnis, Courtney McGee (Nathan), Jason Trull, Hannah Trull, Casey Trull (Lexie), William Parker (Nicole), Christie Brunk (Ethan), Elizabeth Feltman (Andrew), Luke Baxter, Retired Michael Baxter (Pamela), Jonathan Baxter, Heather Baxter, Julie McGlocklin and Brittany Hill. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
