He is survived by: his siblings, Rafe Johnston (Cathy Johnston), Brittany Spurlin (Chris Spurlin), Amanda Mullinax (Chad Mullinax) and Jerri Smith (Chris Smith); his uncle Ronald Crow; his cousin James Crow (Morgan Crow); his siblings' children, Hunter "Smiley", Kenneth Hurst Jr., Avery Spurlin, Noah, Tide, Katlyn Cooper, Emma Hurst, Carlee, Haylee-Grace, Katelyn, Cadance and Katherine; his great-niece Millie Cooper; and his significant other Amber Jenkins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (50 Hamric Dr E, Oxford, AL 36203). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at the New Bethel Baptist Church (811 Mahaffey Rd, Eastaboga, AL 36260).
