She was predeceased by : her husband George R. Mizzell; her sister Roxie L. Clifton; her parents, Henry B. Farmer and Annie L. Farmer; her daughter-in-law June D. Mizzell; her grandchildren, Timothy L. Durham and Amber S. Mizzell; and her great great grandchild Summer P. Hornsby.
She is survived by : her children, George H. (Buddy), John C. Mizzell (late June) and Diana M. Durham (Archie); her grandchildren, Teresa Pearson (Michael), John Mizzell, Ricky Mizzell (Jami), Robert Mizzell, Meredith Dyal (George), Scott Underwood (Angel), Matthew Mizzell (Kristy), Salina A. Korn (Russ) and Kevin D. Adcock (Laura); her great grandchildren, Matthew P. Howie and Jennifer M. Adair; and her nieces, Patricia, Melinda and Tracy. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made to the Lakeview Baptist Building Fund.
