She was predeceased by : her husband Stanley Royce Smith; and her parents, Martin Jackson Cook and Clara B. Cook. She is survived by : her children, Teresa Ann Medina (Vic) and Steven Harold Smith (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Greg Mitchell (Beth), Celeste Paxton (Jason), Crystal Nelson (Joe) and Stephenie McGlaughn; her great grandchildren, Mariah Paxton, Trent Paxton, Makynna Nelson, Addy Nelson, Jaxon McGlaughn, Miley Mitchell and Talia Mitchell; and her sister-in-law Joyce Daniels. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
