He is survived by: his wife Denise; his daughters, Brandi (Alex) and Sarah Beth; his grandchildren, Lindsey (Nick) and Drew; his great grandchild Sabastian; his siblings, Dennis (Becky), Myrt and Sue (Terry); and his close friend Andy Turner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
