She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Eberhart and Bernice Eberhart. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Wadsworth; her children, Eric Wadsworth (Samantha), Christopher Wadsworth (Heather) and Laura Carter (Evan); her grandchildren, John, Daniel, Nolan, Dylan, Genevieve and Dane; her siblings, Myra Mills (Terry), Janice Bohannon (Leland), Edward Eberhart (Deborah) and Beth Greenwood; and her in-laws, Michael Wadsworth, Deborah Wadsworth, Stephen Wadsworth, David Wadsworth and Jennifer Moore (Michael). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization that both cares for pediatric cancer patients and paves the way in pediatric cancer research.
