He is survived by: his wife Rita Cooper Hulsey; his daughter Tina Hulsey; his grandson Christopher Mitchell; his siblings, Carolyn Johnson, Gary Hulsey (Paula), Jimmy Hulsey (Helen), Gene Hulsey, Dean Hulsey (Jennifer), Donald Hulsey (Emma), Bobby Hulsey (Jean) and Junior Hulsey (Jean); his close friends, Kelly, Tim Champion and Crystal Smith; his brother-in-law Ricky Cooper; Addie and Hensley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
