He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Lee Allen; his stepfather Walter Eugene Akridge; and his siblings, Patricia Wilkinson, Renita Bowers and Rickey Bush.

He is survived by: his siblings, Saubrena Lewis (Ronnie) of Ozark and Anthony Akridge (Judy) of Dothan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
