She is survived by : her husband Michael Edwards; her children, Callie Ashlyn Edwards (Cody Stratton), Kaci Brooke Edwards (Morgan Sanders), Bella Cheyanne Edwards, Shayla Mae Edwards and James Lewis Edwards; her mother Mary Alice Smith; her sisters, Amanda Michelle Senn (Bobby) and Amy Denise Lewis; her mother-in-law Judy Hubbard Temple; and her siblings-in-law, Marion Blankenship (Eric), Miranda Edwards, Samantha Mossor (Michael), Misty Dawn Grimaldo (Oscar), Brian Farley and Matthew Edwards. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
