He is survived by: his children, Ruth Schiepe, Thomas Bullard (Beverly), Orson Bullard (Beth) and Charleen McNally (Christopher); his stepchildren, Robin Amaya (Nelson) and Carrie Shanklin (Keith); his grandchildren, BobbieJo Martin (Jason), Caitlin Wasem (Jacob), Christiana Jackson (Thomas), Chelsea Lobban (Dominique), Claire Kirby (Andrew), Christopher, Camille, Cole McNally, Brandon, Chloe Shanklin, Charles, Robert, Russell Amaya and Jason Bullard; and his great grandchildren, Zachary, Lane Martin, Thomas, Adeline, Harrison Jackson, Bryson and Lucas Wright.
Charles was a faithful member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Dothan, and in lieu of flowers or other memorials, donations may be made to the church's bus or youth ministries.
