Visitation was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holman Funeral Home Chapel (995 S Union Ave, Ozark, AL 36360). A memorial service was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that support and/or donations be made to the Carroll High School Band Program.

I knew David back in the late 70's while attending Auburn and later though my affiliation with other musicians music groups, and my Band Director friends. David's legacy will not be forgotten.
