He was predeceased by : his parents, George Osburn Beasley and Lillie McGill Beasley; his wife Lillie Earline Peters Beasley; and his son-in-law Leverette Phillips. He is survived by : his daughters, Linda Phillips and Diane Weed (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Sarah Byrd Cooper and Horace Peters (Elizabeth). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
