He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Browder Griffin of Ozark; his daughter Susan Hilboldt of Ozark; his children-in-law, John Hilboldt of Ozark, Mark Griffin, Dana Griffin of Ozark, Matthew Griffin, Joanne Griffin of Deatsville, Mike Griffin and Michele Griffin of Birmingham; his sister Mildred Ingram of Dothan; and his grandchildren, Nolen Griffin, Ryan Griffin, Jeremy Griffin, Kristina Griffin and Connor Griffin.
