He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Anne Godwin; his children, David Godwin (Lori), Melissa Boyd (Jud), Christopher "Grant" Godwin (Rome), Jacob Godwin (Allyson), Adam Godwin (Ansley) and Anthony "Tuck" Godwin (Rachel); and his sisters, Rhoda Weide (Marvin) and Naomi Johnson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
