He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Ivey (Joe) and Gary Peters; his daughter-in-law Carol Peters (Troy); his stepson Larry Deal (Cathy); his stepgrandchildren, Michael and Marissa; his grandchildren, Amanda (Chuck), Craig (Sarah), Stan (Andrea), Jennifer (Jose), Ryan, Wesley (Avery) and Stuart (Haleigh); his great grandchildren, David, Brooke, Emma, Ellie, Tripp, Jimbo, Miguel and Cecilia; his sister Sarah Byrd Cooper; and his sisters-in-law, Gayle Peters, Charlotte Byrd and Ozark. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
