He is survived by: his wife Beverly Aman Ketcham of Ozark; his son Jason Ketcham (Sara) of Phenix City; his stepsons, Sam Perry and Matt Perry (Stacey) of Dothan; and his grandchildren, Sandralynn Ketcham, Aubrey Ketcham, Kennedy Perry and Hudson Perry.
