He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward David Bull and Melva Maryanne Bailey Bull; his wife Betty O. Andrews; and his sister Anna M. Moore. He is survived by: his son Nicky Bull (Jesse); his grandsons, John Francis Bull and Andrew Wyatt Bull; and his sister Phyllis Pacheco.
