Mizell, Cheri Shaw, Blake Moates (Rachel) and Brantley; his father Kenneth Derrill Teal, Sr.; and his siblings, Debra Evans (Bill) and Ronnie W. Teal (Pennie).

Visitation was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home (508 Faust Ave, Ozark, AL 36360). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
