He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Leon Higginbotham and Frances Mae Kelley Higginbotham; and his great-nephew D. J. Johnson. He is survived by: his son Timothy Higginbotham; his sister Bonnie Lane (Dean Hinshaw); his nieces, Tina Chandler (Jody) and Amie Burgin (Wade); his nephew Gary Pollard (Talitha); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley Johnson (Drew), Riyan Pollard, Addisyn Pollard, Garret Reeves and Asher Rodriguez.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home (508 Faust Ave, Ozark, AL 36360). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home Chapel (508 Faust Ave, Ozark, AL 36360).
