She was predeceased by: her father Jacky Laverne Smith. She is survived by: her mother Heidi Smith of Ozark; and her siblings, Angie Hines (Charles) of Tuscaloosa, Jacky Smith of Ozark and Mike Smith (Gwen) of Dothan.
