She was predeceased by : her parents, Cook Cook and Lillie Roberts Cook; her son Ralph D'Francisco; and her siblings, Doris Smith, Edna Smith, Johnnie Mae Patton and Dewitt Cook.

She is survived by : her children, Vickie D'Francisco and Ronald D'Francisco; and her niece Reba Enfinger (Dan).
