She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnice Perry Outlaw and Johnnie Pearl Woodham Outlaw; her husband Reynolds Ward; and her siblings, Gloria Jean Yeomans and Randy Outlaw.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Culp (Morgan) and Andy Ward (Renae); her brother Jeff Outlaw (Jacki); her sister-in-law Gayle Outlaw of Ozark; her grandchildren, Drew Culp (Paige), Mattie Culp, Nate Ward and Faith McDaniel (Bailey); and her great grandchildren, Fisher Culp, Henry Culp and Harley Culp.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chalkhead Baptist Church (495 Co Rd 35, Ozark, AL 36360). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
