He was predeceased by: his daughter Amber Perry. He is survived by: his wife Julie Johnson; his children, Krystal Johnson (John) and Justin Johnson (Tonya); and his siblings, Finis Johnson (Rose), Diane Clark (Neal), Donna Branton and Debbie Garcia (Martin). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
