He is survived by: his daughter Amy Reno (Douglas); his son-in-law Michael Lewis, Sr. (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Chrissy Bingham (Larry), Michael Lewis, Jr. (Jennifer) and Kayleigh Vines; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Bingham, Tyler Bingham, Alyssa Bingham, Grayson Lewis, Lucy Lewis, Abrahm Lewis and Haddie Lewis.
