She is survived by: her husband Terry Lafayette Short; her daughter Jessica Kanay Short-McBryde; her stepchildren, Cynthia Leigh Sanders, Terry Lynn Short and Brian Alan Short; and her sister Vader Laraine Stephenson. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren.
