It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Glass Cardwell (Pelham, Alabama), who passed away on September 26, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Annette may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Annette touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvira Scott Glass and Perry Glass; her husband Robert "Bob" Cardwell; her sister Frances Threet; and her nephew Jim Threet.
She is survived by: her brother Cecil Murry Glass. She is also survived by her nieces, nephew, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Southern Heritage Cemetery (475 Cahaba Valley Rd, Pelham, AL 35124).
