It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Fred McCord of Pelham, Alabama, born in Newell, Alabama, who passed away on November 23, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his brother Gerald McCord. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Ann Wilder McCord; his children, Tim McCord, Natalya McCord and Melanie Moore (Ed); his granddaughters, Rebecca Norman (Blake) and Haley Moore; his daughter Barbara Flowers; his grandchild Ashley Shipman (Heath); his great grandchild Olivia Grace Shipman; his aunt Chella Daniel Laney; and his brother Mac.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations to the American Heart Association or the Alabama Alzheimer's Association be considered in Bill's honor.
