He is survived by: his parents, Allen Parrish and Pam Parrish; his brother Eric Parrish (Blair); his siblings' children, Jack, Parker and Hayes; his brother Zac Parrish (Andrea); his siblings' children, Lauren, Zachary Jr., Andrew, Ashley and Benjamin; his brother Pete Parrish (Jacie); and his siblings' child Meredith Ann.
